This products are eligible for a 14-day refund policy.

Other Products
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof to start the refund process.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
* Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged

In the case of any manufacturing defects, our cat bed products are covered by a one-year warranty. The warranty covers any hidden and manufacturing defects in products as well as in components used for their production when properly installed and used for its intended purpose and in its intended operating environment.
The warranty is valid from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The buyer - the consumer has the right to choose - if the item sold has physical or legal defects - to choose whether to use the guarantee or the warranty - the seller should be informed about the choice.

The limitation period for warranty claims shall not apply to any possible claims under the guarantee.

Our cat wall shelf products are handmade and each time bear individual traces (the annotation is provided next to the given product). There are no two identical copies. Natural, specially selected materials have individual features, such as the arrangement of knots, rings, etc. characteristic of a given piece of wood.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your mode of payment again.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
